A+ SCHOOLS

The Mayor's Commission on Public Education was
formed in response to the Pittsburgh Foundation
community threatening to pull its funding for
Pittsburgh Public Schools. In order to secure
Foundation funds, the commission needed to
create an engaged civic organization to focus
community energy and engage school district
leadership. Dymun + Company created the name
for this new organization: A+ Schools.

We also helped with all the community relations
necessary to unite many disparate factions
around their common interest in seeing
the kids do well.
